How can I be sure that I've made my purchase correctly?
Once you have placed your order, you will receive a confirmation email. If you do not receive it, please contact Pop the Bubble through the email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Can I request any size that is not currently in stock?
Usually yes, but each case must be analyzed individually, so we ask you that please contact us by email to email@example.com. We will give you a response within 48 hours (business days).
How do I know my size?
Whenever appropriate measures of the article are added to the description.
What if I don't find on the site www.popthebubblestore.com the article I want?
If you cannot find the item you want using the navigation and search, please contact to Pop the Bubble through the email address firstname.lastname@example.org and we help you find.
If it is some item that is not yet available at Pop the Bubble, your suggestion will be forwarded to our management team and evaluate the possibility of marketing the product.

Do you replace products no longer available?
Whenever verify stock rupture of an item, this information will be available on the product page and it will be replenished as soon as possible, according to supplier availability.
However, the customer always has the option of requesting to send an email when the replenishment of the item, by selecting this option on the item page.
Will I receive the same product that I see in the photo?
Yes, except for those products that are handmade in which there could be a slight difference in its completion.
Also consider that the calibration of your monitor may slightly change the color of the product.
What should I do if I received an item I didn’t order?
Pop the Bubble sells only items in perfect conditions and always confirms the conditions of the items before they are sent to the client. However if, exceptionally and for a lapse, you get the product and considering that it is not in accordance with the Terms and Conditions of Sale, please contact Pop the Bubble, within a maximum of 15 business days through the email address email@example.com, informing us about the defect. You should indicate in the email the invoice number, reference and/or name of the article and the defect of that.
What form of payment can I use for my purchase?
Pop the Bubble offers the following secure payment methods:
- Credit cards: Visa and Mastercard.
- ATM (only available for Portugal).
- Bank Transfer.
The numbers of credit cards provided are directly registered in the database of the administrators card companies. Therefore, Pop the Bubble don't have access to the data referred.
Is it safe to use my credit card on the site www.popthebubblestore.com?
Yes, all data is transmitted in encrypted form SSL. To pay with Visa and Mastercard only transactions ESC (Electronic Commerce Insurance) are accepted. After verifying that the card adheres to the CES system, the system contacts the issuing bank to authorize the purchase. When the bank confirms the authenticity of the card their debit will be made. Otherwise the order will be canceled.
What if my credit card is rejected?
Your credit card may be rejected for one of the following reasons:
- The card may be expired. Check that your card does not exceed the validity date.
- You may have reached the limit of the card. Check with your bank that the card has not exceeded the amount allowed for purchases.
- Some data may be entered incorrectly. Verify that you have successfully completed all required fields.
- There may be a communication/Internet problem with Pop the Bubble server and/or Bank server.
What's the exchange rate applied if different from Euro (€) and Pound Sterling (£)?
Will be the official exchange rate, as in any banking transaction.
Can I order Tax-free?
Yes, if your order will be shipped to Portugal and if you are leaving Portugal for your origin country soon.
Can I know what state is my order?
Yes. Go to the "My Orders" in your account and you can see the status of your order in real time.
Can I add or remove any items from my order?
Yes. In your cart you can add or delete any item from your order, provided it has not yet finalized your request.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. On your shopping cart you can cancel your order, provided it has not yet finalized your request.
If you have already completed your request and wish to cancel it please contact us immediately by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. You should specify in the email that you want to cancel an order already finalized and the order number. We will try to resolve the issue the best possible way and as soon as possible.
Pop the Bubble accepts gift cards and vouchers?
We only accept gift cards and vouchers from Pop the Bubble that contain our reference.
My order was already charged but not yet arrived. What should I do?
Pop the Bubble always follow the shipment of all orders but, if your order is taking longer than expected to arrive, please contact us through the email address email@example.com.
What should I do if an incorrect item is shipped to me?
If an incorrect item, that you have not requested has been sent to you, please contact us through the email address firstname.lastname@example.org.
My order is a special gift, can you do a package?
We love special gifts, so we are happy to make a special and personalized package for your order.
To do so, simply contact us through the email address email@example.com. You should specify in the email that you want a packaging for your order, the order number and the number and/or name of the item(s) to wrap.

What is the company with Pop the Bubble works to send my order?
We work with Chronopost Internacional, CTT Expresso and EMS International, ensuring a service of excellence.
Where can I receive my order?
You can receive your order around the world, on the specified address (home, work, etc, but never to PO box mail).
The country of delivery may be different from the country of purchase?
Yes, the country of delivery may be different from the country of purchase. Please select this option when placing your order.
How long will my order take to arrive?
The delivery service of Pop the Bubble was designed to be fast, safe and very effective.
We guarantee delivery within 48 hours (2 business days) to Portugal, 1-3 business days to Spain (except islands), within 4-7 business days to Europe, Azores, Madeira, Balearic Islands and 4-12 business days for the Rest of the World .
The time period of delivery of the order starts from the approval notification by the financial institution to Pop the Bubble and after validation of personal data of the User Registered/Client.
If for some unexpected or oblivious reason to Pop the Bubble, is not possible to deliver the order within the timeframe, we will contact you to communicate and resolve the issue.

Shipping costs vary by country and region of delivery.

Do I need to be present when my order arrives?
The person who placed the order does not need to be present, since it is someone who can receive the product and sign the delivery document.
What happens if I have a problem with my order?
If you have a problem with your order, please contact Pop the Bubble, within a maximum of 7 business days, through the email address firstname.lastname@example.org, informing us about the problem. Should indicate in the email the invoice number and the detected problem.
How do I return a product?
If you want to return the product within the first 7 days of ownership, they may do so. The product must be returned in the same packaging it was delivered.
To proceed with the return please complete the returns form sent with your order and return the item to the address described on the form. The cost of returning the products is at your own risk, with the exception of defective products.
After Pop the Bubble receive and examining the article, Customer will be informed about the right or not to return the amounts paid. The refund will be carried out as soon as possible within the period of 30 business days from the date of returning the product. The return of the amounts paid will be made using the same payment method used by the Customer when purchasing.
There shall be no refund of products which are not in the same condition they were received, which have been worn beyond simply opening of the packaging or which are returned after the time limit set forth in these T&C (7 business days).
Vouchers and gift cards are not eligible for return as well as products acquired through promotions such as, Private Sales, Sale or Special Offers.
If you want to make a change to the order, you first must make a return and then make a new order.
How long do I have to return an item?
Returns can be made within 7 business days from the date you receive your purchase.
Do I have to pay anything for my return?
Returns at Pop the Bubble have no additional cost, will only be responsible to the cost of shipment of the order to be returned.
In the case of defective products, Pop the Bubble takes responsibility for cost of shipping, returning the amount paid after confirmation of the defect.
How will I receive my refund?
Once the return has been approved (articles must be in perfect condition and with original tags and packaging) you will receive an email confirmation stating that the amount will be credited to your account on the following days.
We recall that the credit on your card always depends on your bank.
What should I do if my refund amount is incorrect?
Please contact us through the email address email@example.com us about the problem. Should indicate in the email the invoice number and the detected problem so we can solve the problem as soon as possible.
